This page will soon be a home of new troubleshooting tools. A few years ago, I released wtrace, a command-line tool to collect system traces. Thanks to simplicity and ease-of-use, it gained some popularity in the developer community. My dream was to make it cross-platform and capable of collecting trace events from both the operating system and the applications. Additionally, I wanted a GUI that would provide efficient ways of analyzing the collected events. This dream is slowly becoming a reality, and by the end of this year, I plan to release a new version of wtrace and a brand new wtraced (wtrace for Desktop) application.
